About

Morgan is a NYC/New England-based dramaturg, writer, producer, and educator. She received her MFA in Dramaturgy at the University of Iowa and a Graduate Certificate in Gender, Women's, and Sexuality Studies in May 2020.  

Her work has ranged from new play development processes and production dramaturgy, to educational workshops and audience engagement programming, to her role as the Literary Manager of Athena Project for 2016-2018 seasons.  Morgan is a proud member of the Literary Managers and Dramaturgs of the Americas. Most recently she has worked with Hartford Stage, Roundabout Theatre Company, and the Juilliard School. In spring 2023, she taught Gender and Sexuality in Performance at Salve Regina University in Newport, RI.

As a teaching artist, she has curated workshops for K-12 on numerous topics that engage with drama - most recently Shakespeare, devised ensemble work, and Growth Mindset activities.
